SPEAR Safety was created by safety professionals who seen a trend in safety education lacking in more than one degree. The safety courses that are available to workers are outdated, irrelevant, and do not discuss the day-to-day operations and associated hazards the employees will see and how to identify the hazards.

MISSION
It is our mission to ensure all workers exposed to hazards have a fighting chance to go home to their families the way they arrived for work. We can help mitigate workplace injuries through proper training and education.

VISION
SPEAR Safety aspires to be the leader in safety education. We must find new ways to teach in order to help workers retain as much information as possible. The more we can do for the workers in the field the better chances of workers going home to their families.

HISTORY
SPEAR Safety has involved many Health and Safety professionals with many years of experience in order to develop a better way to teach safety to the next generation of workers.
